製品の発送について
- 2023年12月28日までに入金確認が取れており、年内発送対象の製品（予約購入品含む）
- アナウンスしている日程（3営業日以内、予約購入品の配送スケジュール等）以内に発送。
- 28日注文分は29日に発送。
- 2023年12月28日23時59分時点で入金確認が取れていないご購入、2024年発送対象の製品
- 2024年1月5日より順次発送
- 予約購入品でスケジュールがあらかじめ指定されている商品についてはその日程に従います。
お問い合わせ対応について
2023年12月28日から2024年1月5日の期間中も製品のサポートは行いますが、人員を縮小しての対応になります。その為、通常の営業日と比較してレスポンス等が低下しますが、ご容赦下さい。

Regarding the shipment of products
- Products (including pre-orders) whose payment has been confirmed by December 28, 2023 and will be shipped by the end of the year
- Products will be shipped within the announced schedule (within 3 business days, delivery schedule for pre-orders, etc.).
- Orders placed on the 28th will be shipped on the 29th.
- Purchases for which payment has not been confirmed as of 23:59 on December 28, 2023, and products eligible for shipment in 2024
- Ships sequentially from January 5, 2024.
- Pre-order items with a predetermined schedule will follow that schedule.
Response to inquiries
Product support will be available from December 28, 2023 to January 5, 2024, but with reduced staffing. Therefore, please understand that the response time will be lower than on normal business days.
