Refund policy

Diver-X Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby sets forth the following warranty and return policy regarding the products we sell.

Customs Duties

  • Customs duties may be levied in accordance with the laws of each country. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the payment of any customs duties.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Once orders have been completed, the Company will start preparing to ship the product which the customer ordered, etc. Therefore we cannot accept changes or cancellations of orders after orders have been completed, except to the extent of any willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Company such as a delay in the shipment of such product.
  • However, changes in size may be accommodated in some cases.

About Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error or change of mind due to the nature of our products.
  • If the product you received is different from your order or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will responsibly exchange the product.
  • Even if more than 7 days have passed after the arrival of the product, if the defect is considered to be due to our fault, we will repair or exchange the product free of charge within a 1-year warranty period after the product shipment.
  • Faults considered to be due to the customer's fault will not be eligible for free repair or exchange under warranty. Please understand this in advance.

If You Do Not Receive the Product

  • If the customer does not receive the product due to long absence, refusal of receipt, or incorrect address, and the storage period of the carrier (one week from shipment) has expired, the product will be disposed of.
  • In such cases, the full amount of the product price will be charged. Please understand this in advance.

About Fraudulent Orders

  • If an order is deemed to be at high risk of fraud by our system, the order may be cancelled without prior notice to the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The laws of Japan shall govern the sales contract between the Company and the customer, and any disputes arising from or related to the sales contract shall be exclusively settled in the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance. However, the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
